Recommendations: This is a great place to share dishes! My go-to lunch order is the lamb sandwich (can’t wait for it to come back post COVID)! For dinner Andrew and I always split the following: a hummus (I prefer the tahini or ful), lutenitsa, lamb kebabs, charred cabbage, and the fries (A MUST ITEM!)

Safta is one of my top three favorite Denver restaurants. You may not always get the best service when dining in, however the food is SO good and keeps me coming back over and over again. It’s a great place for 2-4 people to share several dishes and leave feeling full. It’s inside The Source Hotel which is cool in itself. There is indoor/outdoor dining available. The details on the plates and cute drink cups make you feel like you’re actually at a friend’s Safta’s place. I highly recommend!
